Individual and couples therapy for the things that don’t resolve on their own — in Chandler and online across Arizona and Texas.
Everyone arrives carrying something different. These are the areas I focus on most — but therapy here isn’t about fitting you into a category. We start with what’s actually weighing on you and build from there.

The approaches below are tools, not a script. We use what fits your story — and leave the rest.
A trauma-focused method that helps your brain reprocess memories that feel “stuck.” You stay fully in control — the goal is relief, not reliving.
Emotionally Focused Therapy, rooted in attachment science — for understanding your emotional patterns and feeling more secure, in yourself and your relationships.
Practical tools to work with anxious thoughts, plus acceptance and values-based work to help you move through hard moments with more clarity.
Breath, body, and present-moment skills that steady your nervous system and lower the daily static.
Concrete, practical skills for riding out intense emotions, staying grounded in distress, and steadying relationships.
You lead the pace; your voice guides the work — grounded in genuine respect for your identity and lived experience.
How sessions work
Sessions are 50 minutes. Most people begin weekly — consistency is what makes therapy restorative rather than reactive — and we adjust as things steady.
That’s completely okay. Many people come in saying “something just isn’t sitting right.” You don’t need the right words or a diagnosis to start — we’ll find the shape of it together.
Tell me a little about what’s going on, and we’ll take it from there.
Care doesn’t require a crisis.
